Connectivity issues

The app does what I need. I have used linguee for years and encourage my students to do the same. I do have connectivity issues 75% of the time, even when everything else is connecting fine. It does offer offline dictionaries, but if the internet goes out for a single second, it stops downloading, and I have to start the download all over again. The offline dictionaries take close to 30-60 minutes to download. I love linguee, but the app not so much.
