The website is better than the app.

Since I love the Linguee website I decided to try the app, thinking it might provide a smoother mobile experience. What I found was the very opposite. The app erases your search results as soon as you go to another app, so if you need to bounce between this app and another to look up kanji or something the thing you searched for will be gone. Unless this usability oversight gets fixed youre better off using the website.

In addition to this, text from search results cant be selected and copied. So if you cant read a kanji in the example sentences, youll need to painstakingly look it up from the radical and stroke order.
